May 10, 2017 — by Deyan Ginev

With the big NativeScript 3.0 release and all of the benefits that come with it, we are now happy to announce that the NativeScript UI suite is also upgraded to {N} 3.0.

For all of the customers of the PRO version: you can now go to your Telerik.com account and download the new bits. For those of you who are using the Free version, or are simply curious to check out what the fuss is all about, here are the links to try out NativeScript UI:

What's New?

The 2.0 release of the suite is mostly focused on the NativeScript 3.0 compatibility. However, we also managed to address important requests from the community, fix issues, and polish the components. For more information on what's new and fixed, take a look at our release notes list here.

What's Next?

We have a lot of plans for NativeScript UI and can share some details for the near future:

  • We plan to continue polishing the suite by addressing critical issues reported by members of our community. Please make sure you share your thoughts;
  • Multiple-template support for ListView;
  • AutoCompleteBox will get support for Angular;
  • A brand new TabView component is on the horizon;
  • There is a major new future coming for Calendar: DayView.

We are really excited to be sharing this with you and rely on your feedback to do better – so get back to us with your thoughts!
